Journaling changed my life, and I believe it can change yours as well. By attending one of the monthly meet-ups, you'll learn the power and benefits of journaling, how to incorporate it into your daily practices, and the impact it can have on your overall health and wellness.

In addition to journaling, I frequently collaborate with artists, meditation guides, Reiki practitioners, sound healers, and more within the healing art space during these sessions. You'll be offered multiple modalities that can be used in your personal practice and development.
